2015年,一二线城市房价将继续下滑,但有望在下半年逐渐回暖,限购政策有望全面退出,未来一半以上的开发商或将转行、消失。这些判断出自《住房绿皮书:中国住房发展报告(2014-2015)》(以下简称《住房绿皮书》)。预计一二线城市房价先降后升《住房绿皮书》从宏观背景、市场主体、市场体系、公共政策4个方面,对年度中国住宅市场体系做了全面、系统的分析、预测与评价,并给出相关政策建议。
In the first and second tier cities, housing prices will continue to decline in 2015, but it is expected to pick up gradually in the second half of the year.
