政府非税收入是财政收入的重要组成部分,是国民收入分配的重要方式,规范政府非税收入管理,是当前财政改革的一项迫切任务。年初,与预算司一起商定,把如何规范政府非税收入管理作为我会2008年的调研任务。我会统一组织了以辽宁、北京、内蒙古、河北、陕西、新疆、重庆和广州八个省、区、市预算会计研究会为成员的课题组,对八地区的政府非税收入管理情况作了调查 The non-tax revenue of the government is an important part of the fiscal revenue and an important way of the national income distribution.
