为了实验观察生物作用所致的新的湍流方式—生物性微观湍流,探索其过程及支配因素,以奇异变形杆菌潜生体进行显微培养发生微生物悬液特殊运动现象,通过对照实验比较分析控制因素。结果表明显微镜下湍流呈整体混乱而局部有序特征,以实验证明具凹坑效应及发生启动温度依赖性和悬液量自控性。通过研究阐明新的湍流自发、自控混沌过程,为湍流研究提供一个可控条件的实验模型,并为生物体内体液流动机制及生理作用研究提供新的认识途径
In order to experimentally observe the biological turbulence, which is a new turbulence model, to explore its process and dominant factors, the special movement of microorganism suspension in Microbiomonas mirabilis was observed and the control factors . The results show that the turbulence under the microscope is chaotic and partially ordered, and it is proved by experiment that there are potholes and start-up temperature dependence and suspension volume controllability. By studying and clarifying the new turbulence spontaneous and self-controlled chaotic process, we can provide an experimental model of turbulent flow control and provide a new understanding of the mechanism and physiological function of body fluid flow in vivo
