攻击性防守作为一种积极主动的防守战术,已经成为衡量一个球队竞技能力的重要指标。现在很多球队都在积极探索、研究、应用它,并在实战中不断提高和完善攻击性防守的技术水平,提高它在篮球比赛中的地位。在分析大量资料以及国内外相关研究成果的基础上,结合我国篮球运动的特点及发展水平对攻击性防守的特点及攻击性防守的训练等问题进行了综合分析。
