短时间内大剂量电离辐射作用于全身引起的急性放射病,除广岛、长崎病例外,1945～1979年间共有36次较为详尽的放射事故公开报道和多次国际学术会议讨论及专著论述,受害人数达391人。1963年我国发生一起放射事故,6例病人发生急性放射病,除另有专集详细报道外,现将病例的临床经过、治疗及18年随访结果简要介绍于后。
In a short period of time, a large dose of ionizing radiation was applied to acute radiation sickness caused by the whole body. In addition to the cases of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, there were 36 detailed reports of radiation accidents and many international academic conferences and monographs from 1945 to 1979. The number of victims 391 people. In 1963, a radiation accident occurred in our country and 6 patients had acute radiation sickness. Except for the detailed reports of other special episodes, the clinical experiences, treatment and 18-year follow-up results of the cases are briefly introduced.
