Background and Method Since the launch of Beijing Public Transport Mobile TV in May 2004, the effectiveness of its advertising has been a hot topic both inside and outside the industry. 2008 “Beijing bus mobile TV dissemination effectiveness survey ” was identified as “National University Students Innovative Experimental Project ”.
