采用快速超薄层聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦电泳技术(ULPAGIF),分析了42例胚胎组织及其绒毛组织中酸性磷酸酶(ACP)表型,同时调查了西安汉族群体ACP表型分布,并对室温及4℃保存血痕中ACP表型检出时限进行研究。结果证明:胚胎组织中ACP具有遗传多态性,与绒毛组织中ACP表型一致;西安汉族群体ACP基因频率:Pa0.213,Pb0.787,个体识别率DP0.50,非父排除率P0.1395:室温保存血痕ACP活性持续到第9周,4℃保存血痕检测到第14周全部能正确判型,这对血痕检材个人识别具有现实意义。
The rapid ultrathin layer polyacrylamide gel isoelectric focusing electrophoresis (ULPAGIF) was used to analyze the phenotype of acid phosphatase (ACP) in 42 embryos and their villus tissues. Meanwhile, the distribution of ACP phenotypes in Xi’an Han population was investigated. The detection limit of ACP phenotype in bloodstains stored at 4 ℃ and room temperature was studied. The results showed that the genetic polymorphism of ACP in embryonic tissues was consistent with that of ACP in villus tissue. The frequencies of ACP gene in Pao.213 and Pb0.787 in Xi’an Han population were DP0.50 and DP of non-father respectively. 1395: The ACP activity of bloodstain preserved at room temperature until the 9th week, 4 ℃ stored bloodstain detected the 14th week, all can be correctly classified, which has the practical significance to the personal identification of the bloodstain.
