本研究乃针对含高硼(≥10%,摩尔分数)之PrFeB纳米晶薄带之磁性能及相变化做一系列探讨.实验发现,以微量耐火元素(钛、锆、铌及钒))置换铁于PrFeB纳米晶薄带中可有效抑制亚稳定相Pr2Fe23B3及Fe3B,而生成大量且细的Pr2Fe14B及α-Fe晶粒,进而大幅提升其磁性能.当合金成分为(Pr,Nd)9.5Fe78.5Ti2B10时有最佳磁性值,其Br=9.9 kG,iHc=8.0 kOe及(BH)maxx=18.7 MGOe.而最大矫顽磁力值iHc=13.2 kOe时(Br=8.8 kG及(BH)max=16.3 MGOe),则出现成分为Prg.5Fe78.5Ti2B10之合金薄带.此外,并对含碳之Pr2(Fe,Nb)23(B,C)3-(Pr7.14(Fe,Nb)82.14(B,C)10.72)及Pr2(Fe,Zr)23(B,C)3合金薄带作研究.结果显示,碳之添加可提高上述薄带之本质矫顽磁力,但对Pr2(Fe,Ti)23(B,C)而言,碳之置换则无改善薄带磁性的效果.
