目的了解北京市朝阳区某社区0~3岁儿童的体内微量元素含量状况,为制定和实施健康干预措施,增强儿童健康水平状况提供依据。方法随机抽取北京市朝阳区某社区,对该社区所管辖的0~3岁儿童进行常规体检。在伦理学知情同意的基础上,对自愿参加的461名儿童进行血清微量元素测定。结果 0~岁儿童血锌、铅含量均低于其他年龄组,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);而血铜、钙、镁含量3个年龄组间差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。受检儿童体内锌、钙、镁、铜、铁、铅含量性别间差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。结论加强婴儿和学龄前儿童家长以及幼教工作者的健康教育。对婴儿要及时添加辅食,合理调整其饮食结构,倡导多添加含锌含铁的食物。
Objective To understand the microelements content of children aged 0-3 years in a community in Chaoyang District, Beijing, and to provide basis for formulating and implementing health interventions and enhancing children’s health status. Methods A community in Chaoyang District of Beijing was randomly selected for routine physical examination of children aged 0-3 years under the jurisdiction of the community. On the basis of ethical informed consent, serum trace elements were measured in 461 children participating voluntarily. Results The levels of zinc and lead in children aged 0 ~ 1 were lower than those in other age groups (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in blood copper, calcium and magnesium among the three age groups (P> 0.05). There were no significant differences in the contents of zinc, calcium, magnesium, copper, iron and lead among the children examined (P> 0.05). Conclusion Strengthening health education for parents and early childhood workers in infants and preschool children. For infants to add complementary food in a timely manner, a reasonable adjustment of the diet, advocate adding more zinc-containing foods.
