I. INTRODUCTION Planing machines and pressure planers are the most widely used wood processing machines in industrial production. They run extremely loudly with almost no-load noise levels exceeding the 90-decibel qualified requirements (85dB for premium) in the Woodworking Machine Products Quality Assurance Regulations, which have not been valid for a long time control. Strong noise seriously affects the health of workers and the improvement of labor productivity, polluting the environment, and is also often a trigger for finger pointing accidents.
