目的:研究乌墨、望江南等7种滇产植物对胰岛素抵抗3T3-L1脂肪细胞糖摄取的影响,以及乌墨根提取物对胰岛素抵抗小鼠的改善作用。方法:采用地塞米松诱导形成胰岛素抵抗3T3-L1脂肪细胞模型,观察乌墨、望江南等7种滇产植物对该细胞模型葡萄糖消耗的影响;采用高脂诱导形成胰岛素抵抗小鼠模型,观察乌墨根的乙醇提取物对其葡萄糖耐量和胰岛素耐量的影响。结果:乌墨根的乙醇提取物(10mg/L)和望江南叶的乙醇提取物(10mg/L)明显增加胰岛素抵抗细胞葡萄糖的消耗量,并有一定的浓度依赖性;乌墨根乙醇提取物可明显改善胰岛素抵抗小鼠的葡萄糖耐量和胰岛素耐量。结论:乌墨根的乙醇提取物和望江南叶的乙醇提取物能促进胰岛素抵抗3T3-L1脂肪细胞对葡萄糖的摄取,改善胰岛素抵抗状态;此外,乌墨根的乙醇提取物还能改善胰岛素抵抗小鼠的胰岛素抵抗状态。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of seven species of Yunnan plants, including black ink and Wangjiangnan, on the uptake of glucose by insulin resistance 3T3-L1 adipocytes and the improvement of the extract from Wuji root on insulin resistance in mice. Methods: The insulin resistance 3T3-L1 adipocyte model was induced by dexamethasone. The effect of seven species of Yunnan plants such as Wuji and Wangjiangnan on glucose consumption was observed. High glucose-induced insulin resistance mouse model was established and observed Effects of ethanol extract from Wuji root on glucose tolerance and insulin resistance. Results: The ethanol extract (10mg / L) from WuMangGan and the ethanol extract (10mg / L) from the southern part of Wangjiang obviously increased the glucose consumption of insulin resistance cells, and had a certain concentration dependence. Substance can significantly improve glucose tolerance and insulin resistance in insulin resistant mice. Conclusion: Ethanol extract of WuMangGan and Ethanol extract of Wangjiangnan leaf can promote glucose uptake in insulin resistance 3T3-L1 adipocytes and improve the insulin resistance status. In addition, ethanol extract of WuMangGan can improve insulin resistance Insulin resistance in mice.
