目的建立通窍鼻炎颗粒中欧前胡素和黄芪甲苷的反相高效液相色谱法含量测定方法。方法使用高效液相色谱法进行测定,色谱柱:Kromasil C18柱(5μm,10cm×4.6mm),柱温:25℃,检测波长:欧前胡素260nm,黄芪甲苷210nm,流动相:欧前胡素甲醇-水(55:45),黄芪甲苷乙腈-水(30:70),流速:1.0m L/min。结果本文所建立的分析方法获得较高的理论塔板数。该分析方法准确灵敏,欧前胡素在4.45-44.5μg/m L、黄芪甲在1.24-12.4μg/m L的浓度范围内线性关系良好,回收率和精密度良好。结论使用反相高效液相色谱法测定通窍鼻炎颗粒中欧前胡素和黄芪甲苷的含量其检测方法灵敏,结果准确,重现性好,适用于通窍鼻炎颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of imperatorin and astragaloside Ⅳ in Tongqiao rhinitis granules by RP-HPLC method. The method was performed on a Kromasil C18 column (5 μm, 10 cm × 4.6 mm) with a column temperature of 25 ° C. Detection wavelength: Imperatorin 260 nm, Astragaloside 210 nm, mobile phase: Carotinol-water (55:45), Astragaloside Acetonitrile-water (30:70), Flow rate: 1.0 m L / min. Results The analytical method established in this paper obtains a higher theoretical plate number. The analytical method is accurate and sensitive. Imperatorin has a good linearity in the range of 4.45-44.5 μg / mL and astragalus A in a concentration range of 1.24-12.4 μg / mL with good recovery and precision. Conclusion The determination of imperatorin and astragaloside in Tongqiao rhinitis granules by RP-HPLC was sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It is suitable for the quality control of Tongqiao rhinitis granules.
