近年来.随着医疗体制的改革和OTC制度的实施,医院药学工作已从单纯的药品供应向以病人为中心,以药学服务为重点的转变。如何应用药师的知识和技能,提高治疗水平,降低医疗卫生资源的消耗,用最少的钱达到最佳治疗效果等以合理用药为宗旨的研究,已成为医院药学科研工作的主流。药学监护(Pharmaceutical care)的概念是完全适合于当前的实际的。 在基层医院,由于设备和条件限制,尤其是高层次药学专业人员的匮乏,要开展临床药学工作必将遇到很多实际困难,笔者就我院开展该方面的工作谈谈经验和体会。 In recent years, with the reform of the medical system and the implementation of the OTC system, hospital pharmacy has shifted from a simple drug supply to a patient-centered pharmacy service.
