随着行业竞争的加剧,象摩托罗拉和西门子这样业务重叠的跨国公司,审视自身优势和行业发展前景,进行有必要的选择,通过不断的业务互换方式的并购行为,舍弃一部分,以便在自己专注的领域内赢得市场的优势。我认为其影响不仅限于业务重组本身,而更加昭示了跨国公司的业务整合已渐成趋势,只有专注核心业务才能赢得优势。国内企业同时也面临相应的市场和资源整合过程,如何做强做大,如何成为业界领先的企业成为国内企业不可回避的话题。
