[目的]寻求油菜大田免耕种植密度、揭膜时间和施氮量的最佳组合。[方法]运用三因素二次回归饱和D-最优设计,探讨密度、揭膜时间和施氮量对免耕油菜生育动态的影响。[结果]在试验范围内,随着密度、揭膜时间和施氮量的递增,免耕油菜生育动态呈先升后降的趋势,施氮量对免耕油菜生育动态的影响大于密度和揭膜时间;密度与揭膜时间互作效应大于施氮量与密度、施氮量与揭膜时间。[结论]免耕油菜生育动态最佳组合为:密度为154 925株/hm2、揭膜时间为110 d、施氮量为315 kg/hm2。
[Objective] The research aimed to seek the best combination of no-tillage planting density, uncovering time and nitrogen application rate in rape field. [Method] With the three-factor quadratic regression saturated-D-optimal design, the effects of density, film striping time and nitrogen application rate on the fertility development of no-till rape were studied. [Result] With the increase of density, unclamping time and nitrogen application rate, the growth of rapeseed tended to increase first and then decrease in the experimental range. The effect of nitrogen application rate on the growth and development of non-tillage rape was greater than that of density and exposed Film time; the interaction effect between density and film uncovering time is greater than that of nitrogen application and density, amount of nitrogen application and film uncovering time. [Conclusion] The best combination of fertility development of no-till rape was 154 925 plants / hm2, 110 m doff time and 315 kg / hm2 nitrogen application rate.
