0400618 APP/APLP2基因双敲除小鼠突触结构的电子显微观察/杨光(清华大学生物科学与技术系)…//电子显微学报.-2003,22(5).-363~365 以淀粉样肽前体蛋白(APP)基因及其同源基因APLP2双敲除小鼠为模型,对颌下神经节突触的超微结构进行观察。结果:颌下神经节细胞内含大量内质网、线粒体和高尔基体等细胞器,与正常小鼠的神经节细胞体无明显差别。颌下神经节突触及雪旺细胞形态正常。提示虽然APP基因突变导致家族性阿尔茨海默病,但APP不是突触形成的必要因素。图4参12(刘懿)
0400618 Electron microscopic observation of the synaptic structure of APP / APLP2 double knockout mice / YANG Guang (Department of Biological Science and Technology, Tsinghua University) ... // Electron Microscopy.-2003,22 (5) .- 363 ~ 365 The ultrastructure of submandibular ganglion synapse was observed using the model of amyloid precursor protein (APP) gene and APLP2 double knockout mice. Results: Submandibular ganglion cells contained a large number of organelles such as endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria and Golgi apparatus, which had no significant difference from those of normal mice. Submandibular ganglion synapse and Schwann cells morphology is normal. Tip Although APP gene mutations lead to familial Alzheimer’s disease, APP is not a necessary factor for synaptogenesis.
