21世纪是理论知识、实战技术面向市场的时代,时代愈发展,数控铣实践教学的内涵与意义也就愈发丰富。原始的师傅带徒弟做法,已经远远不能满足数控这一行业发展对人才数量的需求。当前数控行业需要大量懂技术、有知识的工人。特别需要指导教师在传授数控铣操作理论基础知识的同时,在技能应用或市场需求岗位实际操作上训练学生提前做好相应准备。数控铣实践教学质量的优劣直接影响到学生将来的就业情况,关系到他们将来的工作技能水平及个人发展。本文提出了相对应的解决策略,希望能为数控铣实践教学工作提供一些方案研究。
The 21st century is the era of theoretical knowledge and actual combat technology facing the market. As the times progressed, the connotation and significance of CNC milling practice teaching will become more and more abundant. The original master apprentice approach has far been unable to meet the numerical control of the development of this industry demand for talent. The current CNC industry needs a large number of skilled, knowledgeable workers. In particular, the need to guide the teaching of CNC milling theory of operation of the basic knowledge at the same time, skills applications or market demand for practical positions on the job training students to make appropriate preparations in advance. CNC milling practice teaching quality directly affects the future employment of students, related to their future job skills and personal development. In this paper, the corresponding solutions are proposed, hoping to provide some solutions for practical teaching of CNC milling.
