卢湾区位于上海市区,但每年仍有一定数量的疟疾病例。为了了解上海市区是否有疟疾新感染病例,我们对1982—1986年的72个疟疾病例进行了回顾性个案调查。现将结果报告如下。一、调查方法 1.按疟疾疫情报告统计发病率。 2.对1982—1986年有疟疾临床症状,血检疟原虫阳性者逐例询问外出史、外来史、外出地点、时间以及有无输血史等。 Luwan District is located in downtown Shanghai, but there are still a certain number of malaria cases each year. To find out whether there are new cases of malaria in the Shanghai urban area, we conducted a retrospective case-study of 72 malaria cases from 1982 to 1986. The results reported below.
