安徽省繁昌县自党的十一届三中全会以来,坚持改革、开放、搞活的方针,走符合县情的改革路子。通过农村责任制的推行,尤其是实行县级经济体制综合改革,有力地促进了生产力的发展。1986年度在全省22个综合改革试点县考核评比中,名列第一。1987年全县十项主要经济指标比1978年成倍增长,粮食生产也稳中有增。 Fanchang County, Anhui Province Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, since its adherence to the principle of reform, opening up and invigoration, it has taken the road of reform that is consistent with the county conditions.
