近几年来,由于进城务工人员的增多以及城乡学校硬件设施的差距,农村很多人都想尽办法让孩子到城里读书。我校每个班级现在都有65人左右,属大班额教学。大班教学受教学时间和教学模式的限制,师生间、学生间的交流不够,不少学生得不到展示与发展的机会;一堂课指名回答问题的学生人数有限,多数学生成了看客;不同层次的学生间的干扰很难消除,优秀生敏捷的思维、积极的反映给偏差生造成了心理压力;教师经常为等学困生
In recent years, due to the increase of migrant workers and the gap between the hardware facilities in urban and rural areas, many people in rural areas are trying their best to let their children study in the city. Each class in our school now has about 65 people, is a large class teaching.
