1993年初,巨化集团公司电化厂预定生产经营目标时,龙头产品烧碱目标产量为78000吨,全年可完成利润4000万元。年底结帐,烧碱产量只完成目标的87.2%,在水电汽等原材料成本不断涨价,而产品销售价变化不大的情况下,年终利润却比目标超出了22万元。利润从何而来。工厂领导自豪地说,答案说白了也很简单.归结起来是我们抓了两个“要害”。
At the beginning of 1993, when Juhua Group’s electro-chemical plant planned production and operation targets, the target output of caustic soda for the leading products was 78,000 tons, and the profit for the whole year could reach 40 million yuan.
