我站最近连续接待了几位客户,反映空调鼓风机工作时有异响,首次报修的行驶里程为3～10万公里不等。 经检查发现,凡是鼓风机异响的车辆,均为鼓风机新鲜空气进风道中有较多的灰尘杂物。清除这些灰尘杂物,才能确保鼓风机在清洁的环境中工作。在保养过程中我们还发现,有些车辆的鼓风机,灰尘杂物已充斥电机内部,从而严重影响了电机转子运转的灵活性。因灰尘过多,也加速了转子轴及衬套的磨损。我们做保养时,清除了电机内部的灰尘及进风道中的杂物,在转子轴衬套处加注润滑油。经上述简单的保养后,一般可排
