在以前的开发中阐述了Na_2CO_3连续精炼炉的略图和操作。本文阐明的是其操作结果。用一个槽型连续精炼炉进行了试验。以每小时45吨的速度将铁水兑入精炼炉的总铁水槽里。用渣坝将精炼炉分成两个室。在进气室一端,在装入铁矿石的情况下,用氧气吹炼CaO渣,进行了铁水的脱硅。在出气一端加入Na_2CO_3团块,用氧吹炼进行了脱磷和脱硫。
In the previous development, the outline and operation of Na_2CO_3 continuous refining furnace were described. This article illustrates the results of its operation. A slot continuous refining furnace was used for the test. 45 tons per hour to the speed of molten iron into the refining furnace total iron sink.
