本实验研究了4-二甲基氨基苯酚(4-DMAP)和亚硝酸钠(NaNO_2)对急性失血复合氰化物中毒狗血流动力学的影响。血流动力学观察结果表明:4-DMAP对急性失血复合氰化物中毒的狗,有短暂的增强心血管功能的作用,并维持心血管功能不至于发生衰竭;NaNO_2在给药后1~2min内对心血管功能虽有短暂兴奋作用,但随即导致进行性衰竭,该组动物在给药后14~19min内相继死亡。因此,就药物对心血管功能的影响来评价,4-DMAP可用于急性失血复合氰化物中毒的治疗,并能发挥挽救生命的效果,而NaNO_2则不宜使用。
In this study, 4-dimethylaminophenol (4-DMAP) and sodium nitrite (NaNO_2) on acute hemotoxemia cyanide poisoning dogs hemodynamics. The results of hemodynamics showed that 4-DMAP had a transient effect of enhancing cardiovascular function and keeping the cardiovascular function from failing in dogs with acute hemorrhagic cyanide poisoning. NaNO_2 could be observed within 1 ~ 2 minutes after administration Although the short-term cardiovascular effects of excitement, but then lead to progressive failure, the animals in the group after 14 ~ 19min died. Therefore, the evaluation of the effects of drugs on cardiovascular function, 4-DMAP can be used for the treatment of acute hemorrhagic cyanide poisoning, and can play a life-saving effect, and NaNO_2 should not be used.
