近几年发现溶菌酶(Lysozyme)测定对急性白血病不同类型的鉴别有意义。据研究,急性单核细胞型白血病和急性粒细胞型白血病患者血清和尿中溶菌酶是增高的,特别是急性单核细胞型白血病患者溶菌酶显著增高,可比正常水平高数倍到数十倍,而急性淋巴细胞型白血病患者血清溶菌酶水平正常或低于正常,尿中则测不出溶菌酶。因此当一个急性白血病患者血清溶菌酶增高,特别是发现有溶菌酶尿时,可以排除急性淋巴细胞型白血病,而考虑急性单核细胞型白血病或急性粒细胞型白血病。
