学生的学习情绪对体育课教学效果有着较大的影响。为了调动学生的积极性,教师要采用灵活的教学手段,记数法就是其中之一。以排球教学课为例,初学排球的学生,一般在开始时都较感兴趣。但由于没完全掌握基本技术,练习时拣球次数频繁,部分学生逐渐失去了兴趣。针对这种情况,我采用了记数法,对学生进行课堂定量练习,即让学生在练习中数出自己连续击球的次数,
