目的 :探讨静脉窦插管溶栓加导丝疏通治疗脑静脉窦血栓形成的效果。方法 :自行设计经上矢状窦插入导管鞘 ,滴注尿激酶溶栓的同时 ,在DSA下用导丝机械疏通上矢状窦、左右横窦。结果 :13例病人高颅压症状全部缓解 ,无一例死亡 ,无并发症发生 ,有10例视力逐渐恢复 ,1例术前失明术后未能复明。结论 :在DSA下进行静脉窦插管溶栓加导丝疏通 ,是治疗脑静脉窦血栓形成的一个较好方法。 Objective: To investigate the effect of sinus catheterization thrombolysis and guidewire to treat cerebral venous sinus thrombosis. Methods: To design the superior sagittal sinus catheterization sheath, infusion of urokinase thrombolysis at the same time, in the DSA under the guide wire mechanical clear upper sagittal sinus, left and right transverse sinus. Results: The symptoms of high intracranial pressure were relieved in all 13 patients. None of them died and no complication occurred. The visual acuity of 10 patients recovered gradually. One patient was blind after operation. CONCLUSIONS: Sinus intubation thrombolysis with guide wire in DSA is a good way to treat cerebral venous sinus thrombosis.
