目前,戏曲艺术的现状似乎可以用这样两句话来概括,就是“钱从哪里来?戏往哪里去?一是排戏没有钱,二是演戏没人看。戏曲剧团存在“五少一多”:资金少、演出少、福利少、新戏少、观众少、人员多。这种状况如不采取重大措施,预计还会有延续趋势。 At present, the status quo of the art of opera seems to be summed up in two sentences: “Where does the money come from? Where are the plays? First, there is no money for arranging drama, and second, no one looks for acting.” The opera troupe has “less than one, five more” : Less money, less performance, less welfare, less new drama, fewer viewers and more staff. This situation is expected to continue without any major measures.
