目的对0.005%溴敌隆毒饵和0.005%氟鼠灵毒饵现场灭鼠效果进行比较。方法鼠密度测定采用粉迹法,溴敌隆毒饵采用连续3 d饱和式投放,氟鼠灵毒饵采用1次饱和投放,根据灭鼠前后鼠密度测定结果计算灭鼠率。结果氟鼠灵毒饵对比溴敌隆毒饵,出现死鼠的时间快、效果好。结论建议部队短期驻训可以使用氟鼠灵毒饵灭鼠,较长时间时从经济角度考虑使用溴敌隆毒饵是不错的选择;在环境复杂的居民区驻训时应以环境治理为主。
Objective To compare the field control efficacy of 0.005% bromadiolone bait and 0.005% flumethamine bait. Methods Rat density was determined by the method of chameleon. The bromadiolone bait was fed continuously for 3 days, while the flufenoxamine bait was administered once. The rodent rate was calculated according to the rat densities measured before and after deratization. Results flufenoxaline bait compared to bromadiolone bait, the emergence of dead rats faster time, the effect is good. Conclusion It is suggested that short-term military training should be used to eliminate rodenticide by fluoxetine poison bait. For a long time, it is a good choice to use bromadiolone bait from an economic point of view. Environmental management should be the main method in resident training in the complex environment.
