目的 :探讨川芎嗪对脑缺血再灌注时细胞凋亡的影响。方法 :对实验大鼠于脑缺血前应用川芎嗪进行干预 ,然后采用免疫组化法检测脑缺血再灌注不同时间内凋亡相关基因 c- fos及 bcl- 2蛋白表达的变化。结果 :川芎嗪组大鼠脑缺血后的梗死体积显著减小 ,川芎嗪组脑缺血再灌注时皮层和基底节区 c- fos的表达明显下降 ,而 bcl- 2的表达明显增高。结论 :川芎嗪可抑制脑缺血再灌注时细胞凋亡的发生 ,具有神经保护作用
Objective: To investigate the effect of ligustrazine on cell apoptosis during cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. Methods: The experimental rats were treated with ligustrazine before cerebral ischemia, and then the expression of c-fos and bcl-2 protein in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The infarct volume in the ligustrazine group was significantly decreased after cerebral ischemia. The expression of c-fos in the cortex and basal ganglia in the ligustrazine group was significantly decreased, while the expression of bcl-2 was significantly increased. CONCLUSION: Tetramethylpyrazine can inhibit the apoptosis of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats and has neuroprotective effect
