目的:了解含氯速溶泡腾消毒片杀灭微生物效果及对金属的腐蚀性。方法:细菌繁殖体和芽孢采用悬液定量杀菌实验方法;以载体微量定性法进行HBsAg抗原性破坏实验。对不同金属片进行浸泡测定对金属的腐蚀性。结果:含有效氯200 mg/L的消毒液作用7.5 min对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率分别为99.96%和99.92%。含有效氯1 000 mg/L的消毒液作用45 min对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭率为99.95%,90 min为100%。含有效氯1 000 mg/L的消毒液作用30 min可有效破坏HBsAg的抗原性。含有效氯2 000 mg/L的消毒液浸泡72 h对不锈钢基本无腐蚀性,对铜片和铝片有轻度腐蚀,对碳钢片重度腐蚀。结论:含氯速溶泡腾消毒片具有良好的杀灭微生物效果,但对除不锈钢以外的其他金属均有不同程度的腐蚀性。
Objective: To understand the immediate effect of chlorine-containing effervescent disinfectant to kill microorganisms and the corrosiveness to metal. Methods: Bacterial propagules and spores were tested by suspension quantitative bactericidal test, and HBsAg antigenicity was destructed by using trace qualitative method. Metallic corrosiveness is determined by soaking different pieces of metal. Results: The killing rates of E. coli and S. aureus with disinfectant solution containing 200 mg / L of chlorine for 7.5 min were 99.96% and 99.92%, respectively. The killing rate of Bacillus subtilis black mutant spores was 99.95% and the 90 min was 100% after disinfecting with effective chlorine of 1 000 mg / L for 45 min. The disinfection solution containing 1 000 mg / L of effective chlorine for 30 min can effectively destroy the antigenicity of HBsAg. The disinfectant solution containing 2 000 mg / L of effective chlorine was soaked in stainless steel for 72 h that it was almost non-corrosive, mildly corroded copper and aluminum flakes, and heavily corroded carbon steel. CONCLUSION: Instant chlorine dioxide effervescent tablets have a good effect of killing microorganisms, but have different degrees of corrosivity to metals other than stainless steel.
