在轴套类零件的加工过程中,零件的外圆和内孔均需倒角,我厂在此类零件的加工中,采用了内胀式定心夹紧装置,经过六年多的使用经验,效果很好,与一般传统加工工艺相比,工效可提高5倍以上。该装置工作时(如图所示),先将夹套安装在车床主轴的内锥孔中,定位套与靠近主轴尾部一端的车头箱体连接,使夹具体本身定位。然后将工件套在夹套的外圆柱面上,直到贴紧端面为止。操作时,扳动操纵手柄,使传动轴通过齿轮带动齿形调节螺母左右移动。当齿形调节螺母从左向右移动时,带动心轴在同方向位移。由于夹套和心轴上内外锥套的配合,使夹套产生弹性变形而胀开,从而对工件实现定位、定心及夹紧。反之,将心轴反向移动,夹套弹性变形恢复,即可装卸工件。
