迄今为止,甲状腺扫描为“热”结节的甲状腺癌文献报告不多,近年来我们发现3例,现报告如下。一般资料:本文3例(住院号842818、852545、851819)中,男2例,女1例(例3),年龄在37～47岁之间。病程分别为10年、7年和2年。例3患者先有多食、怕热、出汗和心慌,就诊前1月发现颈部肿物;其余2例患者早期均无明显症状,其中例1近两年来肿物逐渐增大,1个月前出现怕热、多汗和心慌等症状,另1例(例2)患者发现颈部肿物7年,生长
