心钠素作为一种循环激素已深入医学各个领域。在眼科已证实,睫状体内存在高密度的心钠素受体,在眼组织中,前葡萄膜、脉络膜、视网膜及房水中均检测有心钠素存在。家兔青光眼动物模型及临床青光眼患者的血浆及房水中心钠素显著增高,对其全身及局部应用合成的心钠素均可见眼压不同程度的下降及房水分泌减少。心钠素与青光眼关系密切,它在调节眼压中可能起重要作用。本文介绍了有关心钠素的研究现状。
Atrial natriuretic peptide as a circulating hormone has been in-depth medical fields. Rabbit glaucoma animal model and clinical glaucoma patients with plasma and aqueous atrial natriuretic peptide was significantly increased for its systemic and topical application of synthetic atrial natriuretic peptide were seen in varying degrees of decreased intraocular pressure and aqueous humor secretion decreased. Atrial natriuretic peptide and glaucoma are closely related, it may play an important role in the regulation of intraocular pressure. This article describes the research status of atrial natriuretic peptide.
