内在薪酬,是由特定活动和任务的参与所带给个体的心理状态。在教育公务员激励中有效运用内在薪酬,有利于深入发掘薪酬的激励作用,最大限度地激发教育公务员的工作积极性。主要可以从保证外在薪酬的顺畅落实、明确绩效目标、增加情感管理、设计灵活多样的内在薪酬、提高对教育行政工作的重视程度五个方面来加以应用。
Intrinsic compensation is the mental state of an individual as a result of the participation of specific activities and tasks. The effective use of internal remuneration in the education of civil servants is conducive to further explore the incentive role of remuneration to maximize the enthusiasm of the education of civil servants. It can be mainly applied in five aspects: guaranteeing the smooth implementation of external pay, defining performance objectives, increasing emotional management, designing flexible and varied internal remuneration, and increasing emphasis on educational administration.
