研究了时效处理对高锰钢硬度、冲击韧度、冲击磨料磨损性能的影响,并利用金相显微镜观察金相组织,XRD分析物相组成,SEM观察磨损形貌。结果表明:300℃时效处理2 h后,高锰钢晶内析出大量细小弥散分布的碳化物;硬度随时效温度的升高而增加,冲击韧度先上升后下降,300℃时达到峰值188 J/cm~2;300℃时效后高锰钢的耐磨性最佳,比未时效时提高10%~15%,且磨损表面无严重变形。
The effects of aging treatment on the hardness, impact toughness and impact abrasive wear of high manganese steel were studied. The microstructure of the high manganese steel was observed by optical microscopy, the phase composition was characterized by XRD and the wear morphology was observed by SEM. The results show that a large amount of fine and dispersed carbides are precipitated in the high manganese steel after aging at 300 ℃ for 2 h. The hardness increases with the aging temperature and the impact toughness first increases and then decreases, reaching the peak at 300 ℃ / cm ~ 2. After 300 ℃ aging, the wear resistance of high manganese steel is the best, which is 10% ~ 15% higher than that without aging, and there is no serious deformation on the worn surface.
