Tissue fixation is an important part of the pathological technology work, and its effect directly affects the quality of subsequent routine production and immunohistochemistry and other related molecular pathological test results. For a long time, 4% neutral formaldehyde is a routine histopathological reagent, which is affirmed by pathologists for the fixation of pathological specimens and routine HE staining and molecular biological detection.
