目的 :探讨血栓通治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变的疗效。方法 :研究了 6 3例糖尿病性周围神经病变患者 ,在使用血栓通治疗前后临床症状改善及周围神经的神经传导速度变化。结果 :6 3例糖尿病性周围神经病变患者。经血栓通治疗后 ,肢体麻木、发凉及疼痛等感觉异常明显好转 ,有效率分别为 84 9% ,91 7% ,82 1% ;肌电图测定的多条神经NCV有不同程度增快 ,以腓总神经、正中神经及胫神经增加较明显 Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Xueshuantong on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
