因农业种养和加工不当等原因造成元素平衡失调已严重危害人类健康,故应创新性地开发保健农业,为广大居民提供元素平衡的农产品,全面提高人民的健康水平。为了解决人们的温饱,近几十年来世界各国的农田广施氮、磷、钾等化肥,使耕作层和农作物的有益元素得不到应有的补充,随着作物的吸收而逐年减少。我国农田调查发现,全国有7.29亿亩耕地缺锌、6.7亿亩缺钼、4.13亿亩缺硼、3.03亿亩缺锰;其中广东的稻田有89%缺锌、78%缺

China’s farmland survey found that there are 729 million mu of cultivated land in the country that is deficient in zinc, 670 million mu of molybdenum deficiency, 413 million mu of boron deficiency and 303 million mu of manganese deficiency. Among them, 89% of paddy fields in Guangdong are deficient in zinc and 78% are lacking
