经导管二尖瓣植入术的进展

二尖瓣关闭不全是最为常见的瓣膜疾病之一.近年来,介入技术在经导管二尖瓣置换方面取得了巨大进展.国内外目前已有Tiara等5种介入二尖瓣系统成功应用于临床,并有少量病例报道,同时有近20家公司和医疗机构进行相关器材和设备的研发,初步的研究结果显示具有良好安全性和有效性.虽然仍有一些尚待解决的问题,相信随着研究的深入,经导管二尖瓣置换必将逐步走向成熟,在治疗二尖瓣关闭不全上取得新的突破,为更多的患者提供一种微创、有效、安全的治疗手段.本文针对经导管二尖瓣植入术的可行性、安全性等方面进行全面综述.“,”Mitral regurgitation is one of the most common valve disease.In recent years,progress has been made in the field of transcatheter mitral valve implantation.Up to now,transcatheter mitral valve implantation has been applied in clinical practice and there were few reports of various devices.More than 20 companies together with medical centers are developing different types of transcatheter mitral valve devices.In this paper,we reviewed the feasibility,safety and efficacy of transcatheter mitral valve implantation.The preliminary results indicate that it has good safety and effectiveness.Although there are still some problems to be solved,we believe that with the in-depth study,transcatheter mitral valve replacement will gradually mature.With new breakthroughs in the treatment of mitral valve,more and more patients will benefit from this mini-invasive approach.This comprehensive review focus mainly on the feasibility and safety of transcatheter mitral valve implantation.
