实验通过氧化偶联、还原、脱叔丁基3步反应简便地合成了标题化合物,总收率由文献中的20%提高到76.5%。改进合成实验中所用的氧化剂是铁氰化钾,还原剂是硼氢化钠;反应条件是在甲苯中用无水氯化铝催化,室温下脱去叔丁基。
The title compound was synthesized by oxidative coupling, reduction and de-t-butyl reaction. The total yield was increased from 20% to 76.5% in the literature. The oxidant used to improve the synthetic experiment was potassium ferricyanide and the reducing agent was sodium borohydride. The reaction conditions were catalytic in toluene with anhydrous aluminum chloride and removal of tert-butyl at room temperature.
