目的了解南阳市淡色库蚊对双硫磷、仲丁威、溴氰菊酯及高效氯氰菊酯4种杀虫剂的抗药性现状,为制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法浸渍法,测定淡色库蚊4龄期幼虫的半数致死浓度(LC50)。结果淡色库蚊对双硫磷、仲丁威抗性指数分别为1.65、1.33,处于敏感水平;对溴氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯抗性指数分别为25.79和10.00,抗性水平分别为高抗和中抗。结论南阳市淡色库蚊对溴氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯抗性较高,在今后的蚊虫防治工作中应注意科学合理使用杀虫剂。
Objective To understand the resistance status of Culex pipiens pallens to four kinds of insecticides such as diphosphorus, sec-butyl, deltamethrin and beta-cypermethrin in Nanyang, and to provide a scientific basis for the development of control strategies. Methods The immersion method was used to determine the median lethal concentration (LC50) of 4th instar larvae of Culex. Results The resistance index of Culex pipiens pallens to Tenebrio and Cephalo was 1.65 and 1.33, respectively. The resistance indexes to deltamethrin and alpha-cypermethrin were 25.79 and 10.00, respectively. The resistance levels of Culex pipiens pallens were highly resistant and resistant Medium resistance. Conclusion The resistance of Culex pipiens pallens to deltamethrin and beta-cypermethrin in Nanyang is high. In the future mosquito control, the insecticide should be used scientifically and reasonably.
