1 材料与方法 SD种大鼠60只,雌雄各半,体重220±6.3g,野百合碱(Monocrotaline,MCT,美国SIGMA公司提供)按Hayashi方法配制2%溶液,于实验动物的肩胛间区,皮下注射MCT(50mg/kg体重),第18d随机取10只造模动物用右心导管测定右心室及肺动脉压力,均符合肺心病肺动脉高压模型。第9d起,60只造模动物分成3组,每组20只。第1组为中药治疗组,每d1次于大腿肌肉处注射复方葶苈注射液,按成人剂量0.7ml/kg体重的10倍计算(葶苈子、川芎等药组成,上海曙光医院中药研究室提供,批号951213);第2组为西药对照组,每
1Materials and Methods 60 male SD rats, male and female, weighing 220±6.3g, Monocrotaline (MCT, supplied by SIGMA, USA), prepared 2% solution according to Hayashi method, in the interscapular region of the experimental animals, MCT (50 mg/kg body weight) was subcutaneously injected. On the 18th day, 10 right-model catheterized animals were randomly selected to measure right ventricle and pulmonary artery pressure. All of them were in accord with pulmonary heart disease pulmonary hypertension model. From the 9th day on, 60 model animals were divided into 3 groups of 20 animals each.
