有人说在学校这块苗圃里,差生是“朽木不可雕也”,是“出窖的砖——定型了”。面对如此令人头疼的差生问题,我校从多年转变差生的实践中总结出了一条行之有效的办法,那就是:实行转变差生责任制。由于种种原因,每所学校里都会存在有不同数量的差生。为使这些差生摘去“差”的帽子,许多老师不辞辛苦,做了大量工作。但就学校整体而言,仍缺乏一整套检查、考评、奖罚的具体措施,因而在大面积转化差生问题上实际收效不大。鉴于此,淅川一小在总结经验的基础上,推出了“转变差生责任制”。

However, as far as schools are concerned, there is still a lack of a set of concrete measures for inspection, assessment and rewards and punishments. As a result, the actual effect on large-scale transformation of poor students is not substantial. In view of this, Xichuan a small summary of experience based on the introduction of “change the responsibility system for poor students.”
