二安替比林苯乙烯基甲烷是种氧化还原显色剂,在硫酸、磷酸、盐酸介质中其条件氧化还原电位为0.60~0.68V之间,可被钒(Ⅴ)、铈(Ⅳ)、锰(Ⅶ)(Ⅳ)、铬(Ⅵ)等氧化成红色产物,基于此反应曾应用于微量钒和铈的测定。本文研究二安替比林苯乙烯基甲烷与钒在锰(Ⅱ)离子存在时的反应情况,发现在足够量的锰(Ⅱ)存在下,显色反应有很高的灵敏度,摩尔吸光系数达4.26×10~5,是目前测定钒的最灵敏反应。试剂用于铝合金中痕量钒的测定,获得满意的结果。
Diantipyryl styrylmethane is a kind of redox reagent, its redox potential is between 0.60 ~ 0.68V in sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and hydrochloric acid, which can be replaced by vanadium (V), cerium Manganese (Ⅶ) (Ⅳ), chromium (Ⅵ) and other oxides into red products, which have been used in the determination of trace amounts of vanadium and cerium. In this paper, we studied the reaction of styrylmethane with vanadium in the presence of manganese (Ⅱ) ions and found that in the presence of a sufficient amount of manganese (Ⅱ), the color reaction has a high sensitivity with a molar extinction coefficient of 4.26 × 10 ~ 5, is the most sensitive reaction for the determination of vanadium. Reagents used in the determination of trace amounts of vanadium in aluminum alloy, to obtain satisfactory results.
