职业经理人为什么离开?是在业绩表现不俗情况下任职到期后的“攀高”还是任期内自知无法达到约定目标的无奈?是双方不能就下一任期的合同条款达成一致意见还是原本就没有关于任期的任何约定?是经理人不满足企业内部的职业位置调整还是所有者不满意经理人在任期内特定位置上的职业表现?
Why do professional managers leave? Are they “climb” after their performance is good, or are they helpless to know that they can’t achieve their goals? Is it because they can’t agree on the contract terms for the next term? There is no agreement on the term of office, whether the manager does not meet the occupational position adjustment within the company or if the owner is not satisfied with the professional performance of the manager in a specific position during the term of office?
