Objective To study the expression of HER-2 / neu and p53 protein in endometrioid adenocarcinoma and its clinicopathological significance. Methods The expression of HER-2 / neu, p53, estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) in 67 cases of endometrioid adenocarcinoma were observed by EnVision + immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rate of HER-2 / neu and p53 expression in endometrioid adenocarcinoma with lymphatic infiltration was significantly higher than that in non-lymphatic vessel infiltrating (P <0.05) The positive rate of HER-2 / neu overexpression was positively correlated with p53 overexpression (P = 0.012). The overexpression of HER-2 / neu was associated with ER (P <0.001) and PR (P = 0.024) were negatively correlated. Conclusions p53 and HER-2 / neu may be useful markers of endometrial-like adenocarcinoma invasion and poor prognosis, which are also important for the selection of effective treatment regimens.
