[目的]分析测定竹叶中的挥发性成分。[方法]采用顶空-气质联用方法测定竹叶中挥发性成分,利用NIST谱库对分离得到的化合物进行结构测定,应用相对峰面积法计算化合物的相对百分含量。[结果]分离得到色谱峰53种,主要以醇类、酮类和醛类化合物为主,且这些化合物中一般含有不饱和键。[结论]应用顶空-气质联用技术能够比较全面、便捷地确定竹叶中的挥发性成分,为竹叶的进一步开发利用提供科学依据。
[Objective] To analyze and determine the volatile components in bamboo leaves. [Method] The volatile components in bamboo leaves were determined by headspace - gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC - MS). The structure of the isolated compounds was determined by NIST library. The relative percentages of the compounds were calculated by relative peak area method. [Result] 53 kinds of chromatographic peaks were isolated, mainly alcohol, ketone and aldehyde compounds, and these compounds generally contain unsaturated bonds. [Conclusion] The headspace GC-MS technique could be used to determine the volatile components in bamboo leaves more completely and conveniently and provide a scientific basis for the further development and utilization of bamboo leaves.
