目的:使用简捷快速的方法鉴选出适于玉米芯栽培的黑木耳菌株。方法:试验以纯玉米芯为营养源,以琼脂为凝固载体,使用平板培养基快速筛选出适于玉米芯栽培的黑木耳菌株。结果:使用20个供试菌株,只需20d初步筛选出“HW10号”、“黑29”两株适于玉米芯培养料栽培的黑木耳菌株。栽培试验结果为,添加玉米芯栽培出菇,黑木耳子实体经济性状与纯木屑栽培组无差别,“HW10号”玉米新添加量为40%时产量最高,比对照木屑组产量提高7.25%;“黑29”玉米新添加量为30%时产量最高,比对照木屑组产量提高8.82%。结论:使用平板培养基快速筛选适于玉米芯栽培的黑木耳菌株方法可行,该筛选方法操作简单、缩短筛选时间、筛选成本低。
OBJECTIVE: To identify black fungus strains suitable for corncob cultivation using a simple and rapid method. Methods: Pure corn cob was used as nutrient source and agar was used as solidification carrier. The black fungus strain suitable for corn cob cultivation was screened by using plate medium. Results: With 20 tested strains, only two black fungus strains suitable for cultivation of corncob culture material were screened out in “HW10” and “black 29” in only 20 days. The results of cultivation test showed that the economic traits of fruiting bodies of black fungus did not differ from that of pure sawdust cultivation when the corn cob was added and cultivated. The yield of “HW10” corn was the highest when the new addition was 40% and the yield was increased by 7.25 %; “Black 29 ” when the new addition of corn is 30%, the output is the highest, which is 8.82% higher than that of the control shavings. Conclusion: It is feasible to use the plate medium to screen black fungus strains suitable for corn cob cultivation. The method is easy to operate, shortens the screening time and low screening cost.
