目的 观察低功率毫米波局部辐射对大鼠下丘脑及海马组织中化合物含量的影响 ,探讨其远位效应机制。方法 分别应用波长 5 .6mm、7.1mm的毫米波 ,功率流密度 1 0mW/cm2 辐射大鼠背部皮肤 ,每天 1h ,连续 7d,采用1 H磁共振波谱技术测定下丘脑及海马组织中Glu、GABA、NAA、Cho、Cr等含量。结果 毫米波辐射后两组海马组织Glu/Cr比值降低 ,5 .6mm组GABA/Cr比值增高。结论 毫米波辐射可影响海马组织中神经递质含量 ,由此可能介导其他远位生物学效应
Objective To observe the effects of low-power millimeter-wave local radiation on the content of compounds in the hypothalamus and hippocampus of rats and to explore the mechanism of its distant effect. Methods The skin of the dorsal skin of rats were irradiated by 5 .6mm and 7.1mm millimeter wave respectively at the power flow density of 10 mW / cm2 for 1 h every day for 7 days. The contents of Glu and GABA in hypothalamus and hippocampus were measured by 1 H magnetic resonance spectroscopy , NAA, Cho, Cr and other content. Results After the millimeter wave radiation, the Glu / Cr ratio of hippocampus in both groups decreased, while the ratio of GABA / Cr increased in 5.6mm group. Conclusion Millimeter wave radiation can affect neurotransmitter content in the hippocampus, which may mediate other distant biological effects
